Although we endevour to supply the highest quality rotovator spares, occasionally s a problem may arise with a supplied part malfunctioning or developing a fault after purchase.On these rare occasions all we require you to do is contact us via the contact us link on the main page & we will reply to you as soon as we are able.

Please bear in mind that the majority of our rotovator spare part are not new and are used with marks/scratches/wear and tear.
All brand names & logos used throughout the website are registered trademarks to the relevant companies, their use is purely to indicate the origins of the parts advertised and to indicate where they would be suitable for use.  We do not claim affiliation or endorsement by the respective companies.

If you believe that a purchased rotovator spare part is faulty and you require a refund please contact us, then return the item back to us for inspection. Once we have confirmed that the item is at fault we will offer you a replacement part (if available) and send this to you at the address held on file from your original purchase along with a refund for the return postage that you incurred.

Items listed as” Incomplete” or “for spares or repair” are items that we cannot issue refunds on.

Rotovator spares labelled as local pickup or collection only must be collected from us and cannot be shipped.  If you have selected cash on collection option we will hold the items for 7 days the items must be collected within these 7 days unless you have contacted us and arranged otherwise.
